Our Return, Refund
& Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order! We use the best quality materials available, and pay close attention to measurements and detail. But if for some reason, you’re not happy with part or all of your order, we will gladly exchange or refund your clean, unused item(s) within 30 days of our ship date.
Please email us before shipping back any items to be refunded or exchanged. If products are damaged/used, a refund/exchange cannot be issued, and item will be shipped back at buyer's expense.
If we’ve made a mistake on your order (size, color, ect.), we will pay shipping both ways. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Please Note: Any returns or exchanges customized by you (ie. halter/bridles, added wrapped nosebands, ect.), are subject to a 15% fee. All customized returns & exchanges are then put up on our 'Bargain Bin' page at a 15% discount. Please make sure of size, color and rope type when ordering. Thank you!
